We recommend parking in the commercial complex behind the venue as it is the closest. The road that leads to it is easily accessible from multiple highways and offers plenty of secure parking. The following are some highways that are close to the venue:

  • Interstate 20
  • Interstate 25
  • Interstate 80
  • Interstate 90

Public Transport:
For those using public transport, there are multiple bus and train lines nearby. Bus stop numbers 27 and 28 are a five-minute walk from the venue, and the train station is only a 15-minute walk away. Refer to the public transport website for detailed timetables.

Arrival:
On arrival, you will be guided to the venue by friendly staff members. There are plenty of signs to help you navigate your way. If you have any issues, don’t hesitate to ask any of the staff.

We strongly suggest to follow our rules and instructions in order to keep you safe and make your time spent at our site enjoyable and memorable. Please read, understand and obey these rules as failure to do so might cause injury or even death.

Safety Precautions

  • Eleven and above-aged bearers of this site must be accompanied by parents or guardians, younger ones by adult.
  • Do not run, jaywalk, beat around or pass anyone in a corner.
  • Listen and respond to your guide or instructor on the site at all times.
  • Safety gears such as helmets and chest plates must be worn at all times.
  • Carry all safety equipment with you during site visit.
  • Use of alcohol, drugs, smoking and similar addictive substances are prohibited.

Disciplinary Rules

  • Don’t climb onto the walls or jump on different surfaces.
  • No card game or electronic devices. Please make sure that electronic gadgets such as phones and iPods are on silent mode.
  • Don’t touch our instruments or activation buttons.
  • No photography or video recording.
  • No running, horseplay or shouting.
  • Use of abusive and vulgar language is forbidden.

Please stay alert on the site, look both sides before crossing the path and be sure to follow the instructions of the assistant or guide. We hope to see everyone safe and enjoying our site.
